Bobbie Kaleidoscope Polish. The color changing nail polish.

I saw this nail polish at Watson’s a few days ago, and it easily caught my attention. At first, I thought that I would have an instant ombre effect the moment it dries out, like the cracking nail polish. But when I pick it up and read the labels, I learned that color would change base on your body temperature. At Php79.50, I think it’s a little pricey for a Bobbie Nail Polish. But then, it is not an ordinary nail polish, so I bought it. I chose Indigo Blue, just one shade for now, just to give it a try.

On the upper right, the temperature was warm. On the lower left, I placed an ice chip on my toes to show the color changing effect. I enjoy using it during these rainy days because you could always see that it changes when the temperature gets colder or gets warmer. Even if your in the shower, when your feet gets cold, it changes to purple but when hot water splash on to it, it changes instantly to sky blue. =)

Piano Keys Nail Art

Piano keys freehand nail art

This is probably the most meticulous free hand nail art I've done so far. I only used an ordinary nail polish and a thin nail art brush.

For my base color, I used San San Nail Polish in French White. Then, to draw the piano keys, I used a thin nail art brush and LA Colors Nail Lacquer in Black Velvet (CNP 136). There is no special trick to this nail art, you just have to have a stable and be very careful when making those lines so it will be fine and straight.

Next time, I will do this nail art design again, but I will be using more tools to make it easier to do. So watch out for that!

Have a great day everyone!
